A Day with Mimi and Papa

Mike and I decided to take advantage of his broken toe (which has caused him to be out of work until mid-December) and go see the new Harry Potter movie. So Colby went to spend the afternoon with Mimi, Papa, Mickayla, and Stevie. I brought over some things so that they could all make pine cone turkeys too since they were planning on doing some other Thanksgiving crafts that afternoon as well. They all went for a nature walk to gather the pine cones and leaves. According to Mimi, Colby had a blast putting some Nandina berries in her bag and thought it was hilarious when Mickayla shook her bag and all of the berries rattled around! Their turkeys came out very cute and Colby didn’t want to come home with us when we got back from the movie! It was nice to know that we all had a fun day!
