Boo-Boo's

This has been our month of boo-boos! Mike broke his toe in the middle of the month and has been hobbling around. Colby, who is very sympathetic to any boo-boo, has been very concerned for him. She kisses his toe and I made him an ice pack once and after that she kept telling me that we were going to make Daddy an ice pack and that it would “feel him better.” Then just a few days before Thanksgiving, Colby got stung by something at school! We thought it was a bee but nobody found a stinger, but it was right on her nose and it swelled up right at first. Luckily she is not allergic to whatever it was and by the time Mike got back to the school to pick her up the swelling had gone down and she just has a red dot on her nose. I got a few close-ups of her face, but you can barely see the little red dot on the upper side of her nose! Luckily Colby was not scarred by the incident! When you ask her what happened to her nose she gets her fake sad face and voice and just says “A bug.” But then she is back to playing and doesn’t think twice about it!
