What a fun day! Colby was trying to get me to put her costume on her all day and when the time came she could barely contain her excitement!! She didn't care for the ears very much but she loved her little dress and her cute red shoes! Some of her cousins came over before we left for trick or treating so we had a prime photo opportunity! Then we set off on her first trick or treating expedition!! We started by stopping at some of the houses on our street and then drove over to a neighborhood behind our street that always does it up for Halloween. She only carried her "pumpkin" for candy for about five feet, but she enjoyed dropping candy into it! She went to quite a few houses and had a blast. She even danced for some folks at one house that had scary music and all sorts of pumpkins! She saw lots of people she knew and one of our neighbors even had a special "treat" for Colby - a magna doodle! What a lucky girl!! She ran out of steam about an hour into it and there was a lot of eye rubbing and yawning but when we got home she found her second wind and was running laps around Daddy and one of the neighbors that was over chatting! She went right to bed after her bath though - she was a sleepy girl!! It turned out to be a great evening of trick or treating!!! Y
